Opened Package: Once the seal is broken, the product cannot be returned as it becomes unusable for us.
Sealed Package: If the package is sealed, you must inform us within 7 days of receiving the order. You must also provide a video of the unboxing process to ensure proper handling of the product.

Accepted Orders: Once an order is delivered and accepted by the customer, it cannot be refunded.
