Dhara Seeds Cancellation Policy
Dhara Seeds believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has, therefore, a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Cancellation Requests:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order.
Cancellation requests will not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and the shipping process has been initiated.
Same Day Delivery Orders:
No cancellations are allowed for orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
Special Occasion Products:
Orders for products obtained on special occasions by the Dhara Seeds marketing team cannot be canceled, as these are limited-time offers.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive damaged or defective products, please report the issue to our Customer Service team.
The request will be entertained only after the merchant has verified the issue.
Such claims must be reported within 1 day of receipt.
Product Not as Expected:
If the product received is not as shown on the website or as per your expectations, notify Customer Service within 24 hours of delivery.
Our Customer Service Team will review the complaint and take an appropriate decision.

Dhara Seeds does not offer any subscription services. All purchases on our website are one-time transactions only.
